TRU Staffing Partners Scholarship Program 2021 Partner Organizations and Scholarships Announced

TRU Staffing Partners, a globally recognized award-winning search firm representing talent and opportunities in data privacy, cybersecurity, and e-discovery, today announced the company has partnered with ACEDS, Brainspace, EDT, International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), iCONECT, Nuix, OpenText, Paraben Corporation, and Relativity to offer scholarships through the 2021 TRU Staffing Partners Scholarship Program.

The program, which is designed to foster training and education for professionals in the security and legal technology industries, is in its tenth year of operation and has awarded over 220 scholarships, totaling more than $250,000 in free education and certification. TRU’s 2021 portfolio of partners and their certification, training, and education will delve into diverse areas of discipline including mobile forensic collection, advanced data analytics, legal project management, processing and hosting of litigation data, cyber incident response and remediation, privacy law and program building, technical e-discovery attorney review expertise, and more!

Applications for the scholarships are currently being accepted HERE. The following opportunities are available:

ACEDS, a BARBRI Company

Full scholarships for each of the following courses:

• One ACEDS full certification package, including live training, study manual, membership to ACEDS, and certification exam with one free retake
• Two full eDEx, eDiscovery Executive Certificate Programs

Brainspace, a Reveal Technology

Ten full scholarships for each of the following courses:

• Online Brainspace Analyst
• Online Brainspace Specialist

EDT

Five full scholarships for each of the following courses:

• Certified EDT Reviewer
• Certified EDT Processing Analyst

International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP)

• One full scholarship for the CCPA Training Bundle, including online training, etextbook, and sample questions

iCONECT

Four full scholarships containing both of the following courses:

• iCONECT Project Manager Certification
• iCONECT Analytics Administrator Certification

Both courses require prerequisite courses to be completed that will be provided free of charge.

Nuix North America Inc.

One full scholarship for each of the following courses:

• Nuix Workstation Data Discovery Core and Nuix Workstation Data Discovery Specialist
• Nuix Workstation Forensic Practitioner Core and Nuix Workstation Forensic Practitioner Foundations
• Nuix Discover End User

• Two full scholarships to attend OpenText Enterprise World 2021 (in-person or virtual to be determined)

Paraben Corporation

• Two full scholarships for Mobile Fast Track 3-Day Training with a Software License

Relativity

Two Relativity Scholarships for Beginners, which include:

• All-access pass to Relativity Fest
• Training Session: “Relativity 101: Relativity for End Users”
• One complimentary Review Management Specialist exam or a Relativity Pro exam (RelativityOne Certified Pro, RelativityOne Review Pro, or Relativity Certified Sales Pro)

Two Relativity Scholarships for Intermediates, which include:

• All-access pass to Relativity Fest
• Training Session: “Relativity Admin Essentials I: Fundamentals of Case Administration Training”
• One complimentary RCA (Relativity Certified Administrator) exam, a Specialist exam, or a Relativity Pro exam (RelativityOne Certified Pro, RelativityOne Review Pro, or Relativity Certified Sales Pro)

Two Relativity Scholarships for Experts, which include:

• All-access pass to Relativity Fest
• Training Session: “Relativity Admin Essentials II: Advanced Searching and Case Management Training”
• One complimentary RCA (Relativity Certified Administrator) exam, a Specialist exam, or a Relativity Pro exam (RelativityOne Certified Pro, RelativityOne Review Pro, or Relativity Certified Sales Pro)

The 2021 application process is open today and will continue through March 5, 2021. The TRU Scholarship Advisory Board, made up of hiring managers and leaders in the space, will then review the applications anonymously, rank them, and match them with the best fit offerings. The recipients will be announced on or around April 1. Education and training will be executed before the end of 2021.
