Three executive employees to take on larger roles to support company growth and maturation
TRU Staffing Partners, a globally recognized award-winning search firm representing talent and opportunities in data privacy, e-discovery, and cybersecurity, today announces the promotions of three members of the executive leadership team in both recruitment and account management as well as business development.
“These promotions reflect not only the remarkable performance of these individuals in any given year but notably their tenacious desire and ability to overcome many pandemic-year challenges in our line of work,” says TRU founder and CEO Jared Coseglia. “These promotions will also enable TRU to meet increasing global market demands from new and existing clients who will be staffing up aggressively in data privacy and protection, cybersecurity, and most certainly e-discovery in 2021. It remains one of my greatest honors to employ, mentor, and watch these three individuals grow professionally, achieve the goals of their clients and candidates, and empower themselves and others to dream big and live those dreams.”
Sarah Roberts has been promoted from Director to Vice President of Recruitment and Account Management. Roberts’ promotion to Vice President from Manager in only four years with TRU speaks to her exceptional ability to repeatedly and rapidly harmonize the needs of employers and employees. Roberts continues to distinguish herself in every vertical where TRU represents talent and has developed a track record of success representing CISOs and executive cyber advisory/DFIR talent in addition to managing the careers of hundreds of other professionals throughout legal technology.
Jess Barre has been promoted from Manager to Director of Recruitment and Account Management in less than two years’ time at the company. Barre brought both a law degree and previous experience as a legal recruiter to TRU, where she has since excelled in all segments, notably placing high-level attorneys, chief privacy officers, and data privacy operations staff in privacy programs throughout the Fortune 1000 and healthcare tech start-up segmentation of the job market. This specialized success led to Barre joining the IAPP’s Women Leading Privacy group.
Rachael Haher has been promoted to Director of Business Development after two and a half years as the inaugural hire for TRU’s dedicated Business Development team. Haher has not only been instrumental in institutionalizing process for client acquisition, but she has also rapidly become a respected subject matter expert in data privacy, has twice been named an IAPP Young Privacy Professional for the WNY KnowledgeNet Chapter, is a member of the IAPP’s Women Leading Privacy group, and has developed deep relationships with key stakeholders across the globe in TRU’s core verticals.
“I am thrilled with the promotions of Roberts, Barre, and Haher,” says Annette Habib, Vice President of Recruitment and Account Management, who herself recently celebrated eight years with TRU. “Their understanding of the job market in privacy, e-discovery, and cybersecurity and the compassion they have for the careers and clients they represent make them exceptional leaders in our community. Watching the growth of not just TRU as a company but the growth of the employees that make TRU so great has been incredibly rewarding.”
