Jeniffer Clemens brings over 15 years of Hospitality & Customer Service Management experience to TRU. As part of the Operations Team, she works closely with all members of the TRU team, TRU candidates, and TRU clients to provide best practices, communication, efficient scheduling and extraordinary service. Prior to joining TRU, Clemens worked as the General Manager for a local Pet Service in Bergen County, NJ and as a Manager & Regional Trainer for Nordstrom in Paramus, NJ. In these roles she was responsible for various tasks including office management, upholding high levels of service and schedule management.
