After a decade of working with TRU president Jared Coseglia in creative endeavors, Andrew Brody joined the TRU team in February of 2012, and is responsible for the financials, analytics, and business functions of TRU Staffing Partners. Prior to joining TRU, Brody served as Vice President of Content Development for The Princeton Review. In this role, his team was responsible for creating the materials, pedagogy, and training for Princeton Review's entire suite of standardized test preparation services. In addition, he spent years innovating the LSAT program as National Content Director, and is regarded as one of the country's foremost authorities on the LSAT and analytical reasoning. During this time, he created an award-winning podcast with listenership in the tens of thousands that used everyday life examples to teach the logical and analytical thinking tested on the LSAT. Brody graduated magna cum laude from the Georgetown School of Foreign Service, and he is also a musician and composer.

Since joining TRU Staffing Partners in 2012, Ms. Habib has successfully placed hundreds of professionals in e-discovery and cybersecurity in direct hire and contract jobs across the world. Annette actively manages TRU’s entire portfolio of thousands of passive and active job seekers with the help of TRU’s award-winning talent scout and recruitment team. Annette first joined TRU as the National Operations Manager and was quickly promoted to a Recruitment Manager representing talent in New York and California. Her ability to source, deliver, and develop meaningful relationships with e-discovery and cybersecurity professionals quickly earned her elevation to National Director of Recruitment before finally arriving as Vice President of Recruitment. Having held nearly every role within TRU’s unique and diversified organizational chart, she is the ultimate ambassador of TRU culture, TRU representation, TRU perspective on the market, and what it takes to be successful in staffing and sales. Prior to joining TRU, Annette worked at Huron Consulting Group in New York where she provided executive-level support to the legal technology division’s sales, document review and project management teams. Before Huron, Annette began her career as a paralegal for multiple law firms. Member of the New York and New Jersey Chapter of Women in eDiscovery.

Rachael Haher - Business Development Manager

Rachael Haher comes to TRU with several years of experience in business development, operations, marketing, inside sales and program management. Rachael works closely with TRU’s CEO to lead the business development efforts of the organization globally and evangelizing the TRU brand and value proposition to prospective clients in need of staffing. She is the ultimate ambassador for TRU, delivering exceptional client communication, outreach and follow-through. Rachael received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in International Business and Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Sarah Roberts - Director of Recruitment and Account Management

As the Director of Recruitment and Account Management, Sarah represents our Cybersecurity, e-Discovery, and Privacy candidates and clients nationally. She brings to TRU several years of strategic talent and account management experience, having previously focused her recruiting efforts in the Software and Technology industries. Sarah has extensive knowledge of sales, passive candidate recruiting, information technology, and account management. In her most recent role, Sarah won three consecutive awards: Rookie Recruiter of the Year, Recruiter of the Year, and Project Coordinator of the Year. Sarah received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a focus in Developmental and Cognitive Psych, and double minors in English and History from the University of North Carolina, at Chapel Hill.

After graduating from college with a degree in politics and policy with minors in pre-law and international relations, Jess attended law school at Liberty University and then directed operations for a healthcare startup prior to joining a national legal recruiting firm. As an attorney recruiter, her team’s contribution increased dramatically over her tenure and grew to be one of the top per-capita revenue-generating teams across the nation. Jess successfully placed hundreds of attorneys in Am Law 100 firms and Fortune 500 companies throughout the southeast. Her legal education combined with her industry background create a strong manager poised for successful client partnerships.

Kristin Sullivan brings more than four years of experience in the recruiting/staffing field to TRU. Prior to joining TRU, she worked in both the healthcare and technology industries as a recruiting manager. Sullivan has mastered sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates based upon strategic qualification criteria. She has extensive knowledge analyzing candidate information to determine matches between candidates and job openings.

Katie comes to TRU with over eight years of recruiting experience in various industries. Most recently, she spent the last four years working in recruitment for a Legal Process Outsourcing firm, which included two years dedicated to the international markets and two years managing a recruitment team of eight. During this time, Katie built vast global networks and partnerships within the legal field while earning the “Impact” award for her dedication to excellence. In her role as Manager of Recruitment and Account Management, Katie oversees aspects of TRU’s international practice for e-Discovery, Cybersecurity and Data Privacy. Ashley Wells comes to TRU with a wealth of experience in the recruiting/staffing industry. She started her recruiting in health care where she arranged for nurses to work at hospitals on a contractual basis throughout the United States. She then transitioned to legal recruiting and spent several years working at Legal Placements, Inc. in the Washington, D.C. office. Ashley is adept at recruiting, marketing and business development, contract negotiations and contract personnel management. Ashley received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations and a minor in Marketing from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.

Bobby Goll comes to TRU as an experienced recruiter from Aerotek. While at Aerotek, Bobby recruited commercial, professional services, and engineering before transitioning to a recruiting manager role, overseeing large accounts. Prior to Bobby's recruiting career, he spent 15 years in the fitness industry as a Senior Fitness Director in various states throughout the U.S. Bobby received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Community Health from Western Michigan University.

Prior to joining TRU, Pope worked as a Sales Administrative Assistant for Rogue Wave Software in Louisville, CO and as a Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant at Vail Resorts in Broomfield, CO. In these roles, she was responsible for various tasks including executive support, travel management, and event coordination. Ashley received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Jeff Scarpitti

It is with great sadness that we share with our clients, candidates, and business partners the passing of Jeff Scarpitti. The impact of his loss to the e-discovery and cybersecurity community cannot be adequately put into words. Jeff dedicated the last twenty plus years of his life to the improvement of these industries and the lives and careers of thousands of people in them.


Jeff's professional legacy will be defined by a career of serving others first. He was always generous with his time, took no one else's for granted, and was a consummate team player – always patiently educating others, listening with an open mind, and constantly looking for opportunities to help others achieve their goals. His work ethic, passion for recruitment, and unmatched industry-specific subject matter expertise will be sorely missed and forever remembered.
