Jared Coseglia
Founder & CEO
Jared Coseglia is the founder and CEO of TRU Staffing Partners. As the global 'go-to' for hiring managers and job seekers in need of staffing solutions or career guidance and management, Coseglia has placed more than 4,000 professionals at the Fortune 1000, Am Law 200, and throughout the global consultancy, service, and software provider community. His ability to identify, deliver, mentor, and help retain talent is informed by his unique style of representation, vast network of relationships, and subject matter expertise.
Coseglia is an active member of the legal and cybersecurity community and, in addition to his role on the Board of Editors for Cybersecurity Law & Strategy (an ALM Law Journal Newsletter), has authored 90+ articles, regularly appears on dozens of podcasts and webinars, and has spoken at more than 50 conferences.
Andrew Brody
CFO/COO
Andrew Brody joined the TRU team in February of 2012. He oversees the financial, analytics, technological infrastructure, contract management, and human resource functions of the business, and partners with Jared Coseglia to develop and execute company strategy. In Brody’s 10 years at TRU, he has helped grow TRU into the most dominant staffing company in data privacy, ediscovery, and cybersecurity.
Prior to joining TRU, Brody served as vice president of content development for The Princeton Review. In addition, he spent years innovating the LSAT program as National Content Director. Brody graduated magna cum laude from the Georgetown School of Foreign Service.
Sarah Brown
Chief Marketing Officer
Sarah Brown brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in B2B marketing to her role leading TRU’s global marketing operations. She has a proven track record for building and leading high-performing marketing teams and deep experience in branding, digital marketing, public relations, thought leadership, and lead-to-revenue operations. Prior to joining TRU in 2021, Sarah led global marketing at Legility. Prior to that, she led corporate marketing and communications at Epiq after founding and leading Exterro's content-driven marketing organization. Prior to her career in B2B marketing, she was a reporter, editor, and director at international print, online, and television news organizations. She holds a master’s degree in strategic communications from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in journalism.
Annette Habib
Senior Vice President of Recruitment and Account Management
Since joining TRU Staffing Partners in 2012, Annette Habib has successfully placed hundreds of professionals in ediscovery and cybersecurity jobs across the world. Habib actively manages TRU’s portfolio of passive and active job seekers with the help of TRU’s award-winning talent scout and recruitment team. Her ability to source, deliver, and develop talent means she knows what it takes to be successful in staffing and sales. Prior to joining TRU, Habib worked at Huron Consulting Group in New York where she provided executive-level support to the legal technology division’s sales, document review and project management teams. Before Huron, Annette began her career as a paralegal for multiple law firms. She is a member of the New York and New Jersey Chapter of Women in Ediscovery.
Sarah Roberts
Vice President of Recruitment and Account Management
As the Vice President of Recruitment and Account Management, Sarah Roberts represents our privacy, ediscovery, and cybersecurity candidates and clients nationally. She brings to TRU several years of strategic talent and account management experience, having previously focused her recruiting efforts in the software and technology industries. Roberts has extensive knowledge of sales, passive candidate recruiting, information technology, and account management. Roberts holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology with a focus in developmental and cognitive psychology, and double minors in English and history from the University of North Carolina, at Chapel Hill.
Jess Barre, J.D.
Vice President of Recruitment and Account Management
As the Vice President of Recruitment and Account Management, Jess brings a decade of recruiting experience to the TRU team. After graduating from undergrad then law school, Jess worked with an oil and gas firm in Houston then directed operations for a healthcare startup prior to joining a national legal recruiting firm. Starting her career as an attorney recruiter, her team’s contribution increased dramatically over her tenure and grew to be one of the top per-capita revenue-generating teams across the nation. Jess successfully placed hundreds of attorneys in Am Law 100 firms and Fortune 500 companies throughout the southeast. Jess leverages that experience to help build the privacy offering at TRU and is a passionate leader in the privacy industry, working with the largest and most sophisticated organizations in the world to build progressive privacy offerings.
Rachael Haher, CIPM
Vice President of Business Development and Account Management
Rachael Haher comes to TRU with several years of experience in business development, operations, inside sales, and program management. Haher leads TRU's global business development efforts. She delivers exceptional client communication, outreach, and follow-through. Haher is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) leadership community and is the Co-Chair for the Western New York KnowledgeNet Chapter. She is a regular speaker and author related to the privacy job market via conference panels, webinars, and market intelligence publications. Haher holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a focus in international business and marketing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Lauren Strait
Manager of Recruitment
Lauren Strait provides expert level experience in talent management and acquisition at a variety of levels. Prior to joining TRU, she was a recruiter sourcing IT talent at multiple corporate levels including corporate leaders. Strait prides herself on ensuring placements are a strong match for all parties. It is her goal to provide candidates with a career that is rewarding personally, professionally, and financially while building strong, long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with candidates and clients alike. Strait graduated college with a degree in Human Resources Management.
Amelia Channell
Manager of Recruitment
Amelia Channell brings more than five years of recruiting experience to the TRU team. Prior to joining TRU, she was a physician recruiter representing oncologists in locum positions across the U.S. She brings her exceptional sales skills and extensive experience in creating, growing, and managing business to TRU. She prides herself in her ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with her candidates and clients. Channell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in marketing from North Carolina State University.
Michelle Shanik
Manager of Recruitment
Michelle comes to TRU with more than eight years of legal industry experience. Prior to joining TRU, she was a recruiter for attorneys and paralegals. She has worked extensively with Am Law 100 firms and Fortune 500 companies to place top talent across the Southeast. She was responsible for sourcing and screening hundreds of candidates in order to ensure successful placements. Prior to recruiting, she was a Legal Assistant for an in-house corporate counsel. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and an MBA from Liberty University.
Brittany Hall
Director of Talent Sourcing
Brittany comes to TRU following six years as a Gang Unit Officer with the Dallas Police Department where she utilized Cellebrite and other digital forensic tools to examine cell phones, computers, etc. After being awarded 20+ commendations with the DPD, including being honored by Dallas Police Chief Renee Hall with a Certificate of Excellence, she has pivoted to help TRU track down the finest talent throughout the privacy, ediscovery, forensics, and cybersecurity ecosystem. Hall attended Southern Methodist University, where she studied Forensic Psychology.
Deidra Buissereth
Scheduling Coordinator
Deidra Buissereth brings multiple years of administrative and executive assistant experience to TRU with a background in the financial services and healthcare fields. As part of the scheduling and logistics team, she works closely with the TRU team, TRU candidates, and TRU clients to provide efficient scheduling, communication, and amazing customer service. Prior to joining TRU, Buissereth worked as an executive assistant and as a program coordinator in the Boston area, where she acquired an exceptional ability to facilitate all aspects of internal and external communications and collaborative administrative functions. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in sociology and psychology with a minor in communications from Framingham State University.
Michele Tolentino
Scheduling Manager
Michele Tolentino brings 15 years of program coordination and administrative experience to TRU, with a background in the travel industry. As part of the scheduling and logistics team, she works closely with the entire TRU team, TRU candidates, and TRU clients to provide efficient scheduling, communication, and white glove customer service. Prior to joining TRU, Tolentino worked as a senior program specialist for an educational tour company in Honolulu, HI. In this role, she was responsible for travel itinerary creation and management, logistics, schedule management, and providing clients with exceptional customer service.
Samantha Strong
Scheduling Coordinator
Samantha Strong brings several years of experience in administrative, customer service, and sales to TRU. As part of the scheduling and logistics team, she works closely with the entire TRU team, TRU candidates, and TRU clients to provide efficient scheduling, communication, and amazing customer service. Prior to joining TRU, Strong worked as a national account coordinator for a local fire company and as a group sales assistant for a ticketing company. In these roles, she was responsible for various tasks including office management, providing excellent customer service, facilitating events, as well as website management.
Mary Taylor Ray
Senior Marketing Manager
Mary Taylor brings several years of marketing and branding experience to TRU, having previously worked in marketing at a global legal operations and technology organization. As part of the marketing team, she works on aligning and extending TRU’s brand both internally and externally. Her passion for innovation and design drives her creativity. Mary Taylor received her Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Mississippi.
Alexis Blank
Manager, Business Development
Alexis Blank brings her organizational skills, creative mind, and eye for process improvement to her role on TRU's privacy team. She brings several years of strategic recruitment, operations and administrative experience to her role, having previously worked for startups in Silicon Valley. Her drive and agility elevate TRU’s service delivery and business development efforts. Blank holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management from the University of Wisconsin – Stout.
Dena Collins
Senior Manager, Operations
Dena Collins brings over 10 years of office management and recruiting experience to TRU. As leader of the operations team, she works closely with all members of the TRU team to provide best practices and extraordinary service. Prior to joining TRU, Collins worked as an office manager for Fitwize, a gym for school age children in the Washington, D.C. area. In this role, she was responsible for the logistics of an extremely dynamic business model and handled all aspects of administration, event planning, and operations.
Samantha Birkenbine
Manager, Payroll and Operations
Samantha Birkinbine brings several years of administrative experience to TRU. As part of the operations teams, she works closely with all members of the TRU team. As the payroll manager, Birkinbine provides efficient communication and extraordinary service and support to our TRU clients and contractors.
Prior to joining TRU, Birkinbine worked as the Office Manager for the Arts Council in Idaho Falls, Idaho and as the Administrative Assistant for Edmentum Learning in Dallas, Texas. In these roles she was responsible for various tasks including office management, community outreach, and schedule management.
Michelle Green
Assistant Operations Manager
As an accomplished client-focused implementation and relationship manager, Michelle Green joins TRU with a portfolio of successful client implementations under her belt. She brings 15 years of experience with SaaS Tech companies and has worked on several well-known campaigns, including projects from ExxonMobil, Deutsche Bank and Blue Cross BlueShield. As part of the Operations Team, she works closely with all members of the TRU team to provide best practices and extraordinary service. Michelle’s professional values align well with TRU’s reputation as an industry leader in high quality staffing services.
Jessica Sellars
Recruitment Coordinator
Jessica Sellers brings more than 20 years of administrative experience to TRU. As part of the operations team, she works closely with all members of the TRU team to provide best practices and extraordinary service. Prior to joining TRU, Jessica worked as an Administrative Assistant in a variety of fields including software development, healthcare, and agriculture. In these roles, she was responsible for various tasks including office management, event planning, and executive support.
Stacey Pcholinski
Assistant Operations Manager
Prior to joining TRU, Stacey Pcholinski began her career in human resources within the gaming industry, adding more than seven years of working knowledge in HRIS management, data integrity practices, and report analytics. During that time, she quickly developed a keen eye for detail and technical aptitude, successfully executing and developing several organizational reporting tools and standard operational procedures. Later, she worked for one of the top leaders in the oil and gas industry as an operations administrator where she demonstrated proven success within areas of process improvement, ERP system support, and procurement functions involving customer relations and vendor management. Here, she was awarded with an ITT SAP Super User Award for actively participating in knowledge sharing, troubleshooting and resolving globally impacted system related issues. Pcholinski holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Robert Morris University in Pennsylvania.
Nina Cortiella
Candidate Data Analytics and Administrative Coordinator
Nina Cortiella joins TRU with more than 15 years of experience in the legal field as a lawyer and project manager. Having worked for the U.S. Department of Justice, she's worked on large-scale consumer protection initiatives and helped to create evidentiary protocols in criminal cases. As a project manager, Cortiella provided consultative guidance to her clients on ESI issues within civil and criminal litigation matters. She is a board member of the D.C. Chapter of Women in Ediscovery. Hailing from Boston, by way of D.C., Nina maintains strong ties to her Ecuadorian/Puerto Rican heritage through D.C. Latinx community outreach.
Monica Lennon
Assistant Manager, Business Development
Monica Lennon brings more than 11 years of administrative experience to TRU. Prior to joining TRU, she worked as an executive assistant within the financial services industry. In this role, Lennon was responsible for various tasks including project management, recruiting, event planning, and executive support. As a part of the operations team, she works closely with all members of the TRU team to provide best practices and extraordinary service.
Katlin Kallmeyer
Marketing Coordinator
Katlin Kallmeyer brings several years of marketing, social media, and event planning experience to TRU, having previously worked in the real estate and event management industry. Prior to that, she worked as a recruiter for a nursing organization. As part of the marketing team, she uses both her organizational skills and her creativity to promote TRU’s differentiators in the marketplace, working on a wide range of marketing projects and campaigns. In her spare time, Katlin is a national level weightlifter and is heavily involved in the weightlifting community in her state. Katlin holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a minor in business administration from Northern Kentucky University.
Katie Player
Recruitment Coordinator
Katie Player brings over ten years of administrative and executive assistant experience to TRU. Before joining TRU, Katie worked as an Executive Assistant in the construction and healthcare fields, prior to which she spent years providing customer service in various industries. In these roles, she was responsible for numerous tasks including office management, event planning, and executive support. She holds Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and in Sociology with a minor in English from Louisiana State University. As part of the operations team, she works closely with all members of the TRU team to provide best practices, high caliber client services, and to assist our clients and candidates in maximizing their potential.
Kayleigh Moore
Manager of Recruitment
Kayleigh comes to TRU Staffing Partners as a Recruitment Manager specializing in finding privacy, ediscovery, and cybersecurity candidates. Prior to joining TRU, Kayleigh worked as a travel nurse recruiter and a talent manager for contract finance and accounting where she successfully sourced, vetted, and placed candidates in contract and contract to hire roles. Kayleigh holds a bachelor's degree in Public Health from Northern Arizona University.
Al Laurin
Talent Scout, Privacy
Al brings over fifteen years of recruitment experience to TRU. Previously, as a Sales Executive Recruiter, Al's candidates generated over a hundred million in revenue for client companies in Enterprise Software. Since early 2022, he’s focused primarily on privacy professional career management and a mission to contribute and protect free choice in an increasingly technological world. He’s a Certified Recruiter and a member of the IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals).

Michael Fox
Manager of Recruitment
Based in the United Kingdom, Michael brings many years of recruiting expertise, having navigated the global market for a small-sized recruitment company specializing in Cybersecurity and eDiscovery. Throughout his tenure, Michael cultivated a profound passion for eDiscovery, forging invaluable connections within the industry. Michael also boasts experience in sales, having worked with a technology-driven solutions company and an estate agency.
Armed with two degrees (BA from UCFB London and MA from City, University of London), Michael joins the TRU recruitment team to leverage his expertise in cybersecurity and eDiscovery and his passion for fostering enduring relationships with candidates and clients to help expand and serve TRU’s presence in the UK.
