Tru Staffing Partners Nominated for Multiple Staffing Awards in Best of National Law Journal 2020 Survey

TRU Staffing Partners, an award-winning search firm representing talent and opportunities in cybersecurity, e-discovery, and privacy, today announces the company has been nominated for three awards in the Best of National Law Journal 2020 survey.

Best of National Law Journal was developed to help lawyers identify the finest legal products and service providers and to showcase their top picks in one annual edition. A ballot was crafted with several dozen categories for lawyers and firm administrators to cast their votes on several areas critical to practicing law and managing their personal and professional life. The survey showcases the businesses that stand out among their competitors in providing lawyers with the essentials they require to compete in today’s legal market.

In the 2020 national survey, TRU has been nominated in three categories:

  • #7 Best Legal Outplacement/Career Transition Coaching
  • #62 Best Legal Recruiter
  • #64 Best Legal/Litigation Support Staffing Agency

  • “On the eve of our ten year anniversary as a company, TRU is immeasurably proud to be recognized again by our peers, clients, and the talent we represent as one of the best staffing agencies in legal— specifically legal technology,” states Jared Coseglia, founder and CEO of TRU Staffing Partners. “This survey and these nominations are particularly meaningful to us, having won in multiple categories previously, as it draws attention to two of our core differentiators. One, that we truly are national and can service our clients anywhere in the U.S. and abroad; and two, we do more than fill jobs. We guide careers—often interdisciplinary transitions. We want to thank everyone who recognizes those values and has voted for us in the past. We hope you and your friends will vote for us in the future.”

TRU has placed in the top three of its respective nominating categories six out of the last seven years and received honors for first place in 2016 for Best Legal Recruiter and in 2018 for Best Legal Outplacement/Career Transition Coaching.

UNINTENDED AND UNEXPECTED CONSEQUENCES FROM COVID-19 ON THE U.S. LEGAL TECH JOB MARKET: CHAPTER 2, PPP Ends, Unemployment Rises

This series, “Unintended and Unexpected Consequences from COVID-19 on the U.S. Job Market,” is written by the founder and CEO of TRU Staffing Partners, a global leader in cybersecurity, e-discovery, and privacy placement and career management. Drawing from twenty plus years of experience representing talent and opportunities in global markets and having survived and thrived during and after past economic crises in 2001 and again in 2008–2009, Coseglia aims to help business owners, hiring managers, and both passive and active jobseekers to anticipate moments of change that are likely to occur as a result of the current impact the COVID-19 pandemic has had and will continue to have on job markets across the world. This series will examine how U.S. employment practices, policies, patterns, and people’s behavior may change in the coming months. Each chapter of this series will delve into a specific observation or trend starting with this week’s focus: PPP Ends, Unemployment Rises.
