The panel consists of an esteemed conglomerate of industry professionals and thought leaders currently managing e-discovery and litigation support departments in the AmLaw 100:

  • James Bekier - National Litigation Support Manager, Baker & Hostetler LLP

The panel will talk about the ever-evolving world of e-discovery and how law firms and corporations are looking for answers on customizing their internal discovery efforts. “I am incredibly enthusiastic about this year’s Masters Conference,” stated Coseglia. “This panel will give attendees a rare and candid opportunity to see new and established leaders in litigation support address burning questions surrounding the creation of a litigation support business plan, human capital role and responsibility definition, various pricing and profit models, and how to measure success and sustain growth over time. Our four panelists actively hire and mentor talent and will expose the keys to their success as well as the success of their staff.”

The company is hosting an invitation-only event Tuesday evening at Bibiana Restaurant. Contact [email protected] for more information.

About the Masters Conference

The convergence of information, whether national or global, is inevitable. As a result, strategic information management is moving to the top of the priority list, whether for a corporation handling its own data, or a law firm managing terabytes of clients’ data. Masters Conference 2012 will explore and share what leading corporations and law firms are doing today to remain compliant to government regulations. It will also delve into the complexities and risk of information security and offer methodologies of protection and proper protocol. The conference will also offer management strategies including information convergence, technology and integration, financial planning, adherence to FRCP, and thought-leader discussion on what the future holds for discovery.
