TRU Staffing Partners Founder and CEO to Speak at ILTACON 2018

Coseglia to participate in panel on fresh, new and evolving roles and the skill sets needed in legal IT

TRU Staffing Partners, a globally recognized, award-winning search firm representing talent and opportunities in cybersecurity, e-discovery and privacy, today announces Jared Coseglia, founder and CEO of the company, will be presenting on a panel titled “Fresh Roles Here! New and Evolving IT Roles and the Skill Sets Needed” during ILTACON 2018, taking place August 19-23 at the Gaylord National Resort in National Harbor, Maryland.

The panel discussion is scheduled to take place Monday, August 20, 2:30-3:30 p.m. EDT in Woodrow Wilson A. The key takeaways will include:

  • Learning what new job roles will exist in legal IT departments.
  • Learning how to hire effectively from outside your organization and develop internal resources.
  • Learning what skill sets (soft skills as well, not just technical) will be most in demand in the next 3-5 years.

Other speakers include Sean McGinty, an eLearning specialist at Power Design Inc. and Advisory Committee member for the USF Muma College of Business Cybersecurity Executive Education Certificate Program, and William Grady, director of information technology at Todd & Weld LLP and ILTACON 2018 Planning Committee member who will serve as the moderator of the session.
