TRU Staffing Partners CEO to Speak on ILTA Webinar “How to Retain Technology Talent”

TRU Staffing Partners, an award-winning search firm representing talent and opportunities in e-discovery, cybersecurity and privacy, today announces that Jared Coseglia, founder and CEO of TRU, along with James Bekier, director of litigation services, Baker & Hostetler LLP, will be presenting an ILTA webinar titled “How to Retain Technology Talent.”

The webinar will take place on Thursday, December 13, noon to 1:00 EST. During the webinar, Coseglia will lead the conversation and share stories and statistics to help employers make smarter and healthier decisions about employee retention and recruitment. He will be joined by Bekier, who has one of the best retention rates of all TRU clients and will share his insight on the successful retention of top talent.

“This webinar will challenge traditional perceptions of what motivates talent in the legal technology ecosystem based on our experiences and reflective retention studies,” states Coseglia. “We will also expose recent trends in employer choices that aim to increase employee retention through work-from-home remote hiring/permissions, work/life balance initiatives, contract staffing augmentation, and relocation assistance and acceptance.
