TRU Staffing Partners Celebrates Ten-Year Anniversary Serving Legal Technology Community

TRU Staffing Partners, an award-winning search firm representing talent and opportunities in cybersecurity, e-discovery, and privacy, today announces that, as of January 2020, the company has reached the exciting milestone of ten years staffing for the legal technology community.

TRU was founded in 2010 by veteran e-discovery recruiter Jared Michael Coseglia who, over the course of ten years, has led the company deep into additional disciplines, specifically cybersecurity and privacy. In that decade, TRU has grown from one to over twenty full-time employees providing recruitment, account management, business development, administrative, and logistical support to TRU’s vast portfolio of clients and candidates at corporations, law firms, service providers, consulting firms, government agencies, and software companies. Part of Coseglia’s vision of the future of legal technology has centered around the demand from both talent and hiring managers for contract staffing augmentation. Today, TRU’s Contract and Surge Staffing programs provide consistent job opportunities, health benefits, and 401Ks for dozens of legal technology contractors in over twenty states and multiple countries.

Most notably, over the last decade, TRU was named an Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing American Company in 2016 (#1043) and again in 2017 (#1189). To celebrate its tenth anniversary, TRU will unleash a massive social media campaign, re-releasing hundreds of pieces of content throughout the 2020 calendar year. Since 2012, TRU has published over ninety articles in over two dozen various industry and mainstream publications from Legaltech News to Forbes. TRU leadership has spoken at forty-nine conferences and appeared regularly on nine different podcasts and webinars. Additionally, TRU provides an original Tip and Top 3 to each weekly TRU Hot Jobs Newsletter and has accumulated over a thousand unique tips and tops. These tips are republished every few years in an online or physical compendium and, when reviewed retrospectively, tell the story of an industry.
