Logikcull Event Series: Practical Guidance for Protecting Client Data in the Age of Cybercrime

Jared Coseglia will be speaking about "Practical Guidance for Protecting Client Data in the Age of Cybercrime" at this Logickull ACEDS DC event. The event will be held on March 23, 2017 from 3:00-5:30pm at Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse, 950 I St NW #501, Washington, D.C.

If you're practicing law in 2017, you're squarely in the crosshairs of two of the biggest threats the profession has ever faced: cybercrime and data breach. The last 12 months has given rise to the first ever class action suit alleging legal malpractice for failing to secure client data, and several high-profile data breaches at top firms. This CLE program will focus on steps your firm can take, and the tools it can deploy, to protect sensitive client data in unprecedented times.

TOP 3 "Truths" Behind The Unemployment Rate's "Impressive" Drop To 4.3%
  • The decrease was mostly because Americans are giving up their job searches; the number of people with a job also fell.
  • The number of jobs gained for the month was less than expected at 138,000.
  • Only 601,000 private sector jobs have been added since January.
