TRU Staffing Partners, an award-winning search firm representing talent and opportunities in the e-discovery, litigation support and cybersecurity space, today announces Katelyn King and Jared Coseglia will be presenting at the March 17 Women in eDiscovery meeting in Chicago on “The State of the e-Discovery Industry.”

King, the Midwest manager of recruitment, and Coseglia, the founder and CEO, will present and guide a collaborative discussion on industry hiring trends and strategies for career success in e-discovery and cybersecurity. They will cover a variety of topics (supported by market data and research to quantify observations) and provide recommendations for employee and employer success. Topics will include:

  • A history of e-discovery staffing 2000-2016 and how things got to be where they are today
  • Statistical hiring trends 2012-2016 in e-discovery and cybersecurity
  • Strategies for sales hiring success and transition into e-discovery sales
  • Geographic and compensation hiring trends
  • Competitive analysis on opportunity verticals (law firm / vendor / corporate)
  • How to stay current and reinvent yourself professionally
