TRU Staffing Partners, a leading search firm representing talent and opportunities in the legal technology industry, today announced that significant internal staffing investments have been made to keep up with the demand to place litigation technology roles in law firms, corporations and technology companies in the United States and internationally.
Changes include:
- Erin McQuillen, who recently celebrated her one-year anniversary with the firm, was promoted to the East Coast Manager of Recruiting, having already placed well over 40 professionals in her freshman year. Her 10+ years of attorney staffing coupled with her recently discovered enthusiasm for the legal technology sector makes her the ideal agent to TRU’s expansive East Coast network of candidates.
- Cara Petrie joined TRU in February 2011 as the Operations and Logistics Coordinator, and within 8 months, she was promoted to an e-Discovery Recruiter, where she now spends her time sourcing talent and managing careers.
- Bowe Kurowski joined TRU in October 2011 as the West Coast Manager of Recruiting, where he is responsible for consulting with both candidates and clients in the AmLaw 200, Fortune 1000 companies and the e-discovery service provider community. Bowe brings 10+ years of legal and legal technology experience to TRU, having worked at the largest firms in Los Angeles.
- Nora Tulchina joined the company this September as the new Operations and Logistics Coordinator. Nora handles all scheduling, travel, administration and support for clients and candidates.
In addition, the company is already in final interviews to hire at least two more recruiters by the end of Q2 2012, giving TRU a physical presence all over the country (New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island/Boston, Dallas, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., and San Francisco).
“As we approach our two-year anniversary, we are so proud of the organizations we help build. We take great pride in truly representing both our clients and our candidates, providing consultative guidance towards making inspiring and profitable choices for their careers and human capitol strategy,” stated Jared Coseglia, President, TRU Staffing Partners. “With this increase in TRU staff, we hope to extend our unique style of representation to service a much larger global talent pool.”
