TRU Staffing Partners CEO to Speak at Legalweek New York on Data Privacy Careers

TRU Staffing Partners, an award-winning search firm representing talent and opportunities in cybersecurity, e-discovery, and privacy, today announces that founder and CEO Jared Coseglia will be speaking at Legalweek New York on a panel titled “Your Career in Data Discovery, Data Privacy, and Data Protection.”

The panel is scheduled for February 5 from 1:30 to 2:30 PM and will be moderated by David Horrigan, Discovery Counsel and Legal Education Director at Relativity. Coseglia will be joined on the panel by Inés Rubio, Head of Information Management and Incident Response, BSI Cybersecurity and Information Resilience; David Kilgore, Corporate Counsel, Rackspace; Scott Milner, Partner, Morgan Lewis; and Kelly Twigger, Principal, CEO, ESI Attorneys, E-Discovery Assistant.

The session will discuss rapidly-changing legal careers and the technology driving numerous professional opportunities. Career paths are no longer siloed between law and technology—rather, legal technologists in a variety of roles are changing what it means to be a legal professional, especially in data discovery, data privacy, and data protection. The wave that brought forth the chief information officer a few years ago is now creating opportunities for new roles such as data privacy officer, chief information security officer, data science attorney, and chief transformation officer. Coseglia will provide a valuable and unique perspective as a recruiter seeking to help define and fill these positions as they become available.
