TRU Staffing Partners, a nationally recognized, award-winning search firm representing talent and opportunities in the e-discovery and litigation support space, today announced promotions to further support company growth and increased demands in the e-discovery job market.
Cara Petrie has been promoted from Midwest e-Discovery Recruiter to Midwest and Washington, D.C. Manager of Recruiting, allowing her to work more closely with both the clients and the candidates in her region. Nora Tulchina has been promoted from Operations Coordinator to National Manager of Operations, giving her more oversight and enabling her to further streamline the candidate interview process.
“We consistently maintain a portfolio of more than 100 active e-discovery and litigation support jobs coast-to-coast. This translates into 40-50 interviews a week that require scheduling, preparation and debrief calls with candidates, client feedback calls, application completion, and much more,” stated Jared Coseglia, founder and president of TRU Staffing Partners. “Nora not only makes sure all the logistics are communicated quickly and accurately, but also understands and exemplifies the TRU culture and commitment to customer service.”
Coseglia continued to comment, “Cara is a testament to how hard work, determination, and intelligence can lead to career growth. This is her second promotion at TRU, having previously worked in the role recently occupied by Nora. Cara has quickly become a subject matter expert in e-discovery, career management, and is the ultimate ambassador of TRU professionalism and personal touch.”
In her new expanded role, Petrie is directly responsible for the TRU presence in her geographic markets. “We are seeing a tremendous increase in demand for talent in the Chicago and Washington, D.C. markets. I look forward to making even more personal connections with our clients and candidates there and throughout the Midwest,” stated Petrie.
Petrie was the third and Tulchina was the fourth employee hired at TRU, which now boasts seven full-time hires.
