TRU Staffing Partners, a leading search firm representing talent and opportunities in the e-discovery and litigation support space, today announced the recipients of the highly sought after 2014 scholarships for legal technology training and education.

The Scholarship Program Advisory Board, consisting of esteemed hiring managers and leaders in the field, anonymously assessed the applications based on key criteria: professionalism, written communication, technical aptitude, passion for the industry, and articulation of thought.

Recipients of the 2014 scholarships are:

LitWorks™, a DTI Company Scholarships:

Full scholarships to attend the Certified Litigation Support Professional program – a five-day, 24-hour course

Full scholarships to attend the Certified Litigation Support Project Manager program – a three-day, 18-hour course

Georgetown University Paralegal Studies Program Scholarships:

A full scholarship to attend the Advanced Litigation & Trial Technology course – a 32-hour course

  • Aliya Inam

A full scholarship to attend the eDiscovery course – a 32-hour course

  • Genesis Ridley

A full scholarship to attend the Legal Project Management course – a 42-hour course

  • Karen Powers
