- Sarah Roberts and Jess Barre, J.D. have both been promoted to Senior Vice Presidents of Recruitment and Account Management. They will continue to represent and counsel job seekers and employers across all three of TRU’s primary verticals. Additionally, in their new roles, Sarah and Jess will help drive the growth of TRU’s A.I. Governance practice.
- Rachael Haher, CIPM has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Business Development and Account Management. She will continue to lead TRU’s global business development division and serve as a subject matter expert in the data privacy job market, assisting corporations, law firms, service providers, software companies, and government organizations in understanding and engaging TRU’s diverse portfolio of services.
- Michael Fox joins the organization as a Manager of Recruitment. He will play a pivotal role in strengthening global talent acquisition efforts, particularly in the UK and Europe. Michael comes to TRU with years of existing experience representing talent and opportunities in ediscovery and cybersecurity. Based in London, Michael will work in the Talent Sourcing Division.
