Senior e-Discovery Hosting Analyst (VENDOR)

Our client, a top e-discovery service provider, is seeking a Senior Hosting Analyst to join their team remotely. In this role, the Senior Hosting Analyst will perform tasks necessary to prepare data for attorney review and production, including user and case administration, loading documents, performing searches, and index management. The ideal candidate will have strong experience using Relativity and experience working in litigation support environments with e-discovery systems hosting terabyte-size matters. The e-Discovery Hosting Analyst Senior will perform tasks necessary to prepare data for attorney review and production, including user and case administration, loading documents, performing searches, and index management.

Responsibilities
  • Performs hosting activities necessary to prepare data for attorney review, including user and case administration, loading documents, performing searches, and index management
  • Performs hosting activities necessary to prepare data for production, including conversion to TIFF or PDF, branding, exporting documents, and load file generation
  • Answers and appropriately handles incoming service requests via email, voicemail, phone, IM, and in person
  • Escalates problems when appropriate
  • Works effectively as part of a project team and fills in for the Hosting Team Lead as needed
  • Solves intermediate technical issues, such as user access errors, TIFF conversion errors, and file loading errors
  • Handles escalations from team members for custom requests or technical issues that arise during routine tasks
  • Conducts quality control evaluations of each process performed
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree, preferably in an IT related field; a few years of service desirable
  • Knowledge of and experience working in litigation support environments with e-discovery systems hosting terabyte-sized matters
  • Experience with Relativity administration
  • Relativity Certified Administrator certification is preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation) with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff in a clear manner
  • Prior experience in leadership roles is preferred
  • Willing to work either Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday on a day or evening shift
  • Strong organizational skills and able to effectively manage multiple projects in fast paced environment with tight time deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and operating systems preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Maintains high quality standards and attention to detail in work product
