Staff Attorney (LAW FIRM)

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Staff Attorney to join the Corporate Advisory Practice Group to be placed in either our Boston, Chicago, Miami or Washington, DC office. The Staff Attorney will be managing cases through all phases of the e-discovery life cycle including overseeing and documenting data preservation/collection activities, managing, and participating in large-scale ESI document reviews and supervising document production. The successful candidate will have excellent academics, writing and analytical skills (including Technology Assisted Review). Staff Attorney and experience conducting contract reviews for due diligence, particularly in M&A transactions, and preparation of disclosure schedules is required. Experience:
  • Proven record of professional excellence and achievement with some experience as a practicing attorney in good standing 
  • Experience conducting contract reviews/due diligence, particularly for M&A transactions, and preparation of disclosure schedules required
  • Experience with drafting and negotiating nondisclosure agreements desired but not essential
  • Experience with AI-based contract review software platforms preferred
  • Experience in real estate, franchise matters and/or healthcare industry desired but not essential
  • Demonstrated record of excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or as a team member required 
  • Experience working effectively within a deadline-driven environment required 
License/Certifications:
Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction to which you are applying
