e-Discovery Project Coordinator (GOV'T)

Our client, a fast-rising management and technology consulting firm, is seeking an e-Discovery Project Coordinator. This person must have experience and knowledge of the EDRM lifecycle along with strong project management skills and strong knowledge of data hosting platforms such as Relativity and Brainspace. A successful candidate should possess a subject matter expert level understanding of Technology Assisted Review (TAR) tools and be proficient in a wide range of technologies, including an understanding of processes associated with large scale complex e-discovery response. Required Qualifications 
  • Some experience providing e-discovery services and litigation support on complex and large cases involving complex e-Discovery challenges 
  • Must have a thorough understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM); especially data collection, review, analytics and production 
  • Candidate must possess solid, broad knowledge of Information Technology infrastructures including networks and other sources of data
  • Must have recent knowledge and experience managing e-discovery projects and related technologies, including advanced analytics such as Computer Assisted Learning (CAL)/Technology Assisted Review (TAR)
  • Must have advanced to expert knowledge of data hosting platforms such as Relativity and Brainspace; in addition, the e-discovery Project Coordinator should possess a subject matter expert level understanding of Technology Assisted Review (TAR) tools like Brainspace, and Relativity Assisted Review
  • Must also be knowledgeable in Electronic File Processing (EFP) tools such as Ipro eCapture, LexisNexis LAW, and Venio so that they can evaluate workflows and provide guidance and recommendations
  • Advanced experience planning e-discovery efforts, managing client expectations, and working with clients to minimize their risk exposure  
  • Must be proficient in a wide range of technologies and be knowledgeable as to e-discovery industry “best practices” including an understanding of multiple tools and processes associated with large scale complex e-discovery response
  • Must establish compliance with all directives for secured handling of documents  
  • Must have proven ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining proper priorities and scheduling on extremely tight deadlines 
  • Must have demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Must possess detailed planning and organizational skills 
  • Must work as part of a team be able to manage complex relationships with all stakeholders
  • Must be well organized, a strong communicator, detail oriented, demonstrate good judgment, be confident working independently  
Preferred Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree and graduate degrees strongly preferred 
  • Experience using Brainspace is desired
  • Certifications preferred: Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or Brainspace Certified Analyst
  • Substantial relevant experience may in some cases be substituted for degree requirement
