Our client, a leader in reputation management software for social media, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their expanding team. This dynamic hire should have a strong baseline of experience in telecommunications or IT sales. As an ambassador for this innovative digital marketing software, the sales representative should be proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite with an ability to articulate reports and gap analysis to existing customers. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be highly organized. Responsibilities
  • Contacts users of the client’s product to review their quarterly performance reports
  • Upsells user accounts to paid user accounts and managed services agreements
  • Documents user activity in company CRM system
  • Provides performance reports of support and sales activity
Requirements
  • Demonstratable experience in any of the following industries is required
  • Must be highly organized
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Internet sales (internal or external)
  • Telecommunications sales (internal or external)
  • IT sales (internal or external)
  • Website sales (internal or external)
  • Digital Marketing sales
