e-Discovery Project Manager (VENDOR)

Our client, an international litigation service provider, is searching for multiple Project Managers and Senior Project Managers for their San Francisco and Cupertino offices. These are dual consultative and technical Project Manager positions where Project Managers will be expected to be client-facing and technically strong and hands-on with project work. The Project Managers will oversee projects through the entire lifecycle of the EDRM as well as have strong knowledge and experience working with analytics using tools such as Relativity and Brainspace. The Project Managers will also work closely with the Sales team to assist in closing deals and will act as a liaison between production and processing teams. RCA preferred but not required. Position responsibilities:

  • Executes litigation support projects
  • Oversees full life cycle of projects according to client parameters.
  • Tracks delivery schedules, ensuring proper quality assurance, and manages changes in work scope
  • Monitors multiple projects and jobs to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Works closely with production staff to ensure proper allocation of resources based on deadlines and priorities set by the client.
  • Serves as a liaison between the production staff, and the client during the life cycle of a project.  
  • Develops and utilizes strong analytical skills to research potential solutions and determine appropriate course of action.
  • Ensures jobs are completed according to client, and industry standards, and that job specifications and deadlines are met


Essential skills and experience required:

  • Bachelor’s or JD Degree or equivalent relevant experience; a strong technical background is helpful
  • Working knowledge of operations, including document imaging, printing, coding, and electronic data processing
  • Experience with Ipro, LAW PreDiscovery, Concordance, Summation, kCura Relativity or other review database applications is a must
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications including MS Access required
  • Available to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Available by phone or email when out of the office as needed
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be a high-level problem solver and have high multi-tasking skills


Desired sills:

  • Knowledge of SQL and/or Visual Basic
  • RCA certification
