TRU is representing an excellent service provider with a superior reputation, resources, and global reach that is seeking to add leaders in e-Discovery Business Development to its team with territories based in NY and Southern California. This organization has solid leadership, a competitive, enterprise-wise proprietary tool as well as leading industry tools, and a 24/7 data center. Qualified candidates will have extensive experience selling e-discovery services into corporations and Am Law 200 firms, particularly emphasizing experience selling contractual revenue such as managed services and managed review. Business development professionals on this team manage all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting through deal close negotiations. They will be responsible for establishing client relationships and generating revenue within their respective territories. Proficiency and participation in software/application demos is required. The ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of how to meet and exceed a client’s expectations throughout the entire sales cycle.
