Privacy/Cyber Document Review Team Lead (VENDOR)

Our client, a global leader in litigation, contract lifecycle management and business enablement solutions, is seeking a Privacy/Cyber Document Review Team Lead to join their expanding team. The team lead will be responsible for assigned review associates, team development, services delivery and sensitive data review in the Cyber Incident Response (CIR) service line. Must have working knowledge of data privacy issues and regulations such as PII, PHI, and other related regulations. Experience with Relativity and Canopy is a plus! Canopy experience makes you an almost-instant contender! Certifications like CIPP, CIPM, or other privacy certifications are highly desired. If you have IAPP certification but have not had experience using that knowledge, we would consider you for this role! This role will be remote until at least 2021, but the client hopes to have everyone relocate or be physically in Charlotte by the end of 2021 if possible. Resumes to [email protected].

Job Description:

  • Engages with assigned associates to drive their professional development
  • Manages DBA projects which may include queue management, large project management, project assignment, project work, and resolving additional resource needs
  • Manages services delivery in order to meet internal and customer-defined service level agreements which may include on-time delivery, productivity, efficiency, quality, and billability; accountable for setting a strong leadership example exhibiting exemplary customer service, hard work, attention to detail, quality, teamwork and a positive attitude
  • Assists with improvement plans as needed to address project quality, productivity, teamwork, scheduling
  • Coordinates and facilitates team activities and meetings
  • Performs effective resolution of associate issues or complaints
  • Maintains an adequate skill set and performing in a leadership role whenever necessary
  • Prepares documentation and client reporting as needed
  • Creates and enforces associate work schedules in conjunction with the Scheduling Department that provides adequate resources at all times
  • Participates in delivery center management meetings, assisting with delivery center initiatives, and developing delivery center policy
  • Handles on-call duties as assigned based on team requirements
  • This position will also require the completion of other duties as assigned
  • Maintains and supports ISO standards through the creation and updating of documentation and compliance with all workflow and security standards

Qualifications:

  • Expert level skills in using Microsoft Office and ability to learn to use additional software applications utilized by Integreon for MDR and/or DBA; testing requirements will be maintained through the company
  • Demonstrated professionalism, leadership, creativity, initiative, good judgment, flexibility, and responsiveness
  • Demonstrated customer service focus
  • The ability to meet numerous deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy
  • The ability to operate standard office equipment, such as telephones, personal computers, office machines and adding machines
