Enterprise Account Executive (SOFTWARE COMPANY)

Our client, a well-funded start-up focused on cutting edge software, is seeking a seasoned e-Discovery Enterprise Account Executive to continue to develop a market foothold in the corporate enterprise. The successful candidate will be an individual contributor/hunter responsible for the onboarding of new enterprise accounts as well as managing existing customer accounts and driving adoption of products. This is a position for someone with a background in enterprise SaaS, extensive knowledge of the legal industry, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for high-level complex sales processes is a must. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Send resumes to [email protected].

Position Description:

  • Executes a clear sales process to drive net new business for the company
  • Grows pipelines and manage opportunities to ensure sales quotas are exceeded
  • Conducts market research to identify business opportunities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seeks out new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and social media
  • Identifies product improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Sets up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns
  • Identifies decision makers and influencers within your target prospects
  • Prepares and delivers appropriate presentations on products/services
  • Participates on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Helps to evolve the current sales process, onboard and train new sales team members
  • Helps to refine/improve upon the sales process and help on board and train new sales team members
     

Qualifications:

  • Significant enterprise SaaS sales experience (data management software experience is a plus), preferably in a fast-growing environment
  • An understanding of the IT buyer and procurement process
  • Experience working with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus
