Technical Solutions Lead (VENDOR)

Our client, a leading global legal services provider, is looking for a Technical Solutions Lead to join their team.  In this role, the Technical Solutions Lead will be responsible for testing, evaluating and making recommendations for new software (both purchased and developed in-house), and add-ons to current software (both purchased and developed in-house). This person will be creating the documentation and updating workflows as new information or features are added to software offerings and will also handle client demonstrations of the latest offerings. The Lead will be responsible for working with Project Managers, ESI Teams, Hosting Teams and the Senior Director of Technical Solutions to come up with solutions to complex client issues that are brought by clients for new cases or arise from historical issues. Strong technical skills using Relativity, Venio and LAW PreDiscovery are required. Send resumes to [email protected].

Position Description    
  • Tests new software that was internally developed or purchased and work with the Director of Technical Solutions/ESI/Hosting/Project Management Teams to develop workflows, documentation and training sessions
  • Tests new modules/additions to existing software and work with the Director of Technical Solutions/ESI/Hosting/Project Management Teams to develop workflows, documentation and training sessions
  • Works with the Director of Technical Solutions and Sales to evaluate off the shelf software by evaluating of features, cost and client demand; makes recommendations regarding technology selections and implementation strategy
  • Develops new methods for using existing software to enhance current product offerings or provide new product offerings
  • Provides solutions for complex client needs and issues
  • Provides demos of new technologies to Sales team and external clients
  • Provides leadership to Technical Solutions Analysts to ensure that Technical Solutions projects remain on target and issues are properly escalated
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, or other Computer related field
  • Relativity RCA Certificate a must; other Relativity certifications are a strong positive, specifically Structured Analytics and Assisted Review
  • Supervisory experience is a must, and should be both self-motivated and able to work on a team where he/she may need to lead
  • Experience in the e-Discovery industry using software such as Relativity, VenioOne, LAW PreDiscovery, Nuix, etc.
  • Previous supervisory experience a plus
Technical Requirements
  • Strong technical skills using Relativity, Venio and LAW PreDiscovery
  • Use of specialized software such as Brainspace, NexLP, Blackout, or add-on applications such as those found in Relativity, Venio or LAW PreDiscovery
