e-Discovery Senior Project Manager (VENDOR)

Our client, a rapidly growing ESI service and software provider, seeks a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join the organization. The Senior Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all clients regarding their e-discovery projects. This is not a technical role but does require a clear understanding of the full EDRM. Some travel involved. PMP desired. Vendor experience required. This role does not require Relativity skills and is ideal for a candidate looking to work with proprietary tools as well as Relativity. Send resumes to [email protected].

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate all aspects of Litigation Support projects
  • Work closely with others in the organization to facilitate accurate and timely deliverable of products and services
  • Report to and receive direction from the Director of Client Services
  • Perform necessary duties to accomplish and establish goals objectives that support the organization’s strategic plan
  • Identify projects and coordinate resources to ensure successful completion of projects and achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Maintain and develop broad-based knowledge of litigation support services and applications; responsible for “staying current” on industry standards and practices
  • Advise and consult with other production managers and clients on project design and scope 
  • Participate in the preparation and ongoing maintenance of project documentation, including general scope guidelines and change management
  • Initiate project meetings and promote participation
  • Demonstrate initiative and responsibility over a broad base of litigation support services
  • Develop and maintain organization wide relationships, ensuring confidence and cooperation
  • Can provide daily statistical productivity and status reports to the organization’s management upon request
  • Maintain accurate and complete project workflow documentation
  • Maintain and preserve data integrity
  • Assist project coordinators with preparing necessary client status reports
  • Maintain client relationship on the account level
  • Discuss service performance with clients and work internally to improve client experience
  • Assist Sales with client consultation

Experience/Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience
  • Experience in a litigation support and/or case management environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate those details effectively
  • Knowledge of legal industry requirements
  • Strong verbal and written skills in conjunction with malleable technical aptitude
  • Ability to demonstrate interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of people
