Our client, a large vendor with a robust ESI managed service offering, is seeking an immediate Contract ESI Project Manager. This position will be second onsite at a law firm that is a Managed Service Account Client of the vendor’s. The Project Manager will run all case management in Relativity for the firm with the support of the vendors Managed Service team. The intention is for this position to convert to a full-time hire at the law firm in the future. Relativity skills are a must (less processing, more hosting, searching, review management, and production). Must be local to Kansas City, Missouri. Send resumes to [email protected].


  • Assists Project Managers with day-to-day tasks, including data tracking, monitoring processing/loading/production deliverables and fielding client requests and questions
  • Engages directly with clients to assist with basic review platform functionality (e.g. preparing review workflows, building coding forms, creating folders, adding issue fields/tags, constructing searches, printing documents, troubleshooting issues, generating reports, and assisting with Native/PDF export requests)
  • Liaises with operations team to make an initial assessment on and submit work requests for third party loading, processing, imaging, exports, database creation, user account creation/modification, and password resets
  • Maintains internal reports for tracking incoming media, disposition and completion
  • Coordinates with Project Managers and operations specialists to provide regular client updates
  • Analyzes load files; prepares mapping cross-reference for loading
  • Performs administrative tasks, including scheduling training sessions, verifying billable accuracy in internal ticketing system, and updating project documentation
  • Proactively identifies and escalate client issues and/or concerns to Project Managers


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required; relevant experience may be substituted for degree when appropriate
  • Prior e-discovery experience, including familiarity using e-discovery review platforms
  • Client service orientated mentality, along with ability to manage deadlines, multitask and prioritize accordingly
  • Aptitude/interest in technology and capacity to learn quickly and adapt to changing industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill required; comfort in working with client attorneys and support staff, articulating complex technical concepts
  • Flexibility to occasionally work both nights and weekends as required
