CONTRACT Project Manager, PMP - non e-Discovery (VENDOR)

Our client is seeking a Contract Project Manager that holds their PMP, ideally in e-discovery technology or similar IT areas. This candidate should have extensive experience in project management as well as the ability to prepare and present program health reports to client executives on a monthly and quarterly basis. This role will require experience utilizing collaborative communication skills and establishing productive working relationships across multiple stakeholder organizations. The PM should offer demonstrated leadership and staff management experiences and will serve as the government’s primary point of contact. This candidate will need to be readily available and will have the authority to make decisions in response to government issues, concerns, or problems. A PMP certification is required. Responsibilities:

  • Handles routine management functions; coordinates with stakeholders; produces weekly and monthly reports
  • Coordinates, tracks, and documents progress for major projects; produces interim and final reports, briefings, and other deliverables
  • Effectively communicates technical concepts in plain language, and with brevity
  • Provides configuration control for major briefings and reports
