Business Development Executive (CONSULTANCY)

Interested in earning equity into a burgeoning e-discovery start-up? Do you have a passion for selling for the plaintiff side of the law? Our client, recently recognized as one of the fastest growing plaintiff-focused litigation support providers, is seeking a Business Development Executive to join their team. In addition to driving net new revenue, this executive will work directly with the co-founders of the practice and other core litigators to solicit, engage, and onboard customers with previous connectivity and relationships to the business. The executive must have legal business savvy and experience but does not necessarily need to be a lawyer or a lawyer who has practiced. This executive must be able to command a room of attorneys and win business, both with warm lead introductions and with self-generated contacts. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales representative with experience working on the plaintiff side.
