e-Discovery Project Manager (VENDOR)

Our client, a Top 10 global e-discovery vendor, is seeking a Project Manager located on the West Coast, ideally in San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles, or Seattle. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for all clients assigned to a specific team and will coordinate multiple projects, along with strategizing, and deploying best practices to help accomplish client deadlines. The Project Manager will operate as a liaison between internal teams to manage client requests. The ideal candidate will have deep Relativity experience as well as previous experience with large-scale project management. An RCA is desired but not required. Job Responsibilities:

  • Serves as primary point of contact with clients and ensure consistently superior client service standards  
  • Directly oversees, coordinates and tracks project progress and workflow from initiation to production for multiple projects
  • Serves as an e?discovery consultant who plans and strategizes with client on how to process data and leverage technology to accomplish project goals
  • Manages client requests, including but not limited to: receipt of data, data processing, release and setup of data to online review tool, support with online review tool, and production management
  • Coordinates efforts across multiple operational and support project teams, ensuring  inter-dependencies are not missed, project priorities are negotiated, and shared resources are  employed effectively  
  • Serves as liaison between company, clients, and 3rd party vendors to manage and consult internal teams to create and deliver the right solutions
  • Receives and responds to client inquiries, gather information necessary for troubleshooting client questions, act as link between client and internal teams, including Data Processing and Data Hosting  
  • Anticipates client needs and proactively provide assistance to clients to ensure client expectations are being met
  • Identifies opportunities to for add?on services for clients  
  • Develops strong, long?term client relationships to drive repeat business and obtain client references  


  • Experience in the legal field in e?discovery, litigation support, paralegal, attorney or  review project management required
  • Experience with direct client contact in a professional environment, strong technical  and project management skills, or account management in a technical environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional demeanor and ability to multi? task in a fast?paced environment  
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to efficiently gather and process information for  problem solving and troubleshooting requests from clients
  • Strong technological skills related to e?discovery platforms required (Relativity and LAW Pre? Discovery)
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast?paced, high growth atmosphere without  sacrificing quality of client service
  • Contribute to and encourage a team environment with other internal departments to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Bachelor’s degree required, JD a plus
