Our client, a leading provider of software-as-a-service, is hiring multiple project managers to join their managed services team. Successful candidates will have strong experience working with e-discovery software in both a technical and client-facing environment. Strong knowledge of the industry standard review process and production tools including Relativity, Everlaw, Catalyst, Accelerate, and more are required. These candidates will be a main point of contact for engaging clients, internal teams and other members of the managed services team as needed. Project Managers will be expected to come with some consultative skills and ability to work in an expanding and fast-paced environment. Send resumes to [email protected].

Job Functions

  • Serves as primary POC to manage customer data through the e-discovery lifecycle
  • Creates review workflows and administer client databases
  • Possesses advanced knowledge of the client’s platform and its capabilities so that you can advise clients on best practices for early data assessment, document review and production, trial and depo preparation; act as ambassador with clients and at client functions
  • Develops rapport and open communication with clients regarding platform  usage, status reporting and core product functionality
  • Delivers product training to attorneys and litigation support specialists
  • Provides feedback and feature requests to the product and engineering teams

Qualification Requirements

  • E-discovery project management experience at a law firm, in-house legal department or service provider
  • Deep knowledge of industry standard review and production tools including Relativity, Everlaw, Axcelerate, iConect, etc
  • Posses excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on detail and responsiveness
  • Ability to manage multiple, fast-moving projects at a given time
  • Familiarity with data collection and processing software
  • Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills to help troubleshoot technical challenges
  • Strong interest in technology with excellent problem-solving skills, with initiative to research and craft creative technical solutions
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational and client-service orientation skills
  • Able to change work schedules to support global client engagements in various time zones
  • Bachelors degree
