The e-Discovery Technical Lead position provides an opportunity to join an inspired team of highly qualified e-discovery and technical support professionals. The Technical Lead will support the delivery of exceptional end-to-end e-discovery services to a government client in response to investigations, litigation, FOIA and congressional requests. Ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in identification, preservation and collection of data; mining of pertinent data; and the use of AI, search analytics, document rendition and production tools. This individual is responsible for the planning, execution and success of technical solutions necessary to meet customers’ needs. The ideal candidate will be accustomed to configuring and maintaining systems databases, while establishing or refining work processes and methodologies to streamline operations. Required Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizen able to secure and maintain Public Trust Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree, or higher, from an accredited college, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education
  • Proven success in both e-discovery and technical disciplines
  • Extensive experience administering and implementing technical solutions, providing e-discovery support and/or data management services
  • Some hands on experience as a Relativity Administrator, or administrator to equivalent e-discovery systems (e.g., Ipro, LAW)
  • High level of experience working with Microsoft Office and Office 365 suite of products
  • Customer service oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Relativity Certified Administrator
  • Working knowledge of Azure Cloud
  • Working knowledge of O365 e-discovery
