Our client is seeking an e-Discovery Data Analyst with strong data processing and loading experience. The ideal candidate will have a desire to learn all phases of litigation support over time, have a strong technology background, and solid understanding of basic e-discovery methodologies. Experience using Relativity, Nuix, LAW, Venio, or Ipro to process data is a must. This role is not client-facing and is very computer-facing. Send resumes to [email protected] 


  • Supports a government contracting team providing litigation support services, providing excellent customer service and solutions to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Performs data processing, loading, workspace field and support
  • Consistently deliver well-articulated, balanced, and informed communications
  • Participates in defining and maintaining the processes and tools that allow team and client to meet client needs
  • Develops strong partnerships with the clients and supporting Leidos team leaders to provide stellar customer service
  • Establishes and/or refines processes and delivery methodologies to enable successful delivery on project goals
  • Serves as a key stakeholder in the development of technical project documentation
  • Establishes collaborative relationships with co-workers and team members
  • Assists client and management in other client service tasks as needed
  • Works among a high-performing and collaborative team in supporting all government clients with litigation support needs
  • Creates Relativity workspaces, indices, layouts, fields, and views
  • Processes data, loading data, exporting/producing data
  • Responds to incoming requests for assistance with Relativity, including general database administration tasks, advanced troubleshooting, and consultation on workflow solutions
  • Leverages Relativity expertise to advise client on latest technology and best practices
  • Drafts internal and external documentation, including standard protocols, policies, and lessons learned in order to improve efficiency, standardize processes and enhance overall user experience


  • Candidate will have several years e-Discovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions 
  • Possess hands on administrative work in Relativity 
  • Experience with data processing using Ipro, Relativity, LAW and/or Nuix
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and inter-personal skills with both e-discovery technical teams and non-technical business leaders and team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile work environment
  • Experience and familiarity with e-Discovery Services covering all realms of the EDRM (File to Trial)
  • Must be able to work onsite in Washington, D.C. Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day, 10am-6pm
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • The ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (active clearance preferred)
  • No travel required
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
