Our client, a top vendor, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to work out of their Chicago office. The Assistant Project Manager will serve in a support role analyzing and organizing data metrics for multiple projects, working with project managers in accomplishing client goals, and meeting client deadlines. Summary

This position is a support role within the Discovery Solutions Team. This person analyzes and organizes data metrics for multiple projects and assists Project Managers in accomplishing client goals and meeting client deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assists Project Managers with client related tasks
  • Manages client requests, including but not limited to; receipt of data, data processing, release and setup of data to online review tool, support with online review tool and production management Identifies, analyzes, and organizes data metrics related to client data, including but not limited to; receipt of data, data processing, hosting, productions, and data disposition
  • Manages case matrix reports to support Project Managers in tracking datasets, client requests and internal tasks 
  • Assists Media Management and Billing teams with internal data tracking reports
  • Receives and responds to internal and external client inquiries
  • Gathers information necessary for troubleshooting client questions
  • Anticipates internal and external client needs, and proactively provides assistance to ensure client expectations are being met

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional demeanor and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to efficiently gather and process information for problem solving and troubleshooting requests from clients
  • Strong technological skills and ability to learn new technology
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high growth atmosphere without sacrificing quality of client service
  • Contribute to and encourage a team environment with other internal departments to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Bachelor’s degree required
