e-Discovery Analyst (LAW FIRM)

Our client is seeking an e-Discovery Analyst to provide guidance and support to case teams on their use of e-discovery technology throughout the e-discovery process. This position will also assist e-Discovery Project Managers with tasks in support of cases and projects. Successful candidates will possess an ongoing, strong understanding of the e-discovery process and industry leading e-discovery technologies; be able to access, input, analyze, and retrieve information from various computer applications and to learn and utilize new applications on an expedited basis; and be able to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. A Bachelor’s degree is required. Relativity certifications are highly preferred. Send resumes to [email protected].

Responsibilities

  • Consults and strategizes with case teams on the most effective application of technology in the e-discovery and document review process to support case strategy and goals
  • Assists in development of protocols and workflows for management and quality control of document review and production
  • Provides direct user management support for e-discovery applications
  • Assists e-Discovery Project Managers with tasks in support of cases and projects
  • Trains attorneys and colleagues on usage of e-discovery technology related to document review

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Relativity certifications preferred
  • e-Discovery support experience, including advising lawyers on the use of Relativity and other e-discovery technology
  • Ongoing, strong understanding of the e-discovery process and industry leading e-discovery technologies
  • Knowledge of advanced technology tools used as part of document analysis and reviews such as technology-assisted review, predictive coding, and data analytics
  • Strong focus on professionalism, delivery of top quality customer service, and attention to detail
  • Able to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Able to access, input, analyze, and retrieve information from various computer applications and to learn and utilize new applications on an expedited basis

Work Requirements

  • On site during normal working hours and available off-hours when necessary; a flexible schedule is required
  • Ability to engage in off-site travel as required to meet job demands and firm needs
  • Required to monitor and respond to email and phone calls after hours and weekends
